As we close out 2024, the Pattern team proudly reflects on a year of milestones including deployments and operating at major airports, delivering efficiency results for customers, and launching a new product to the airport industry. We are poised to make 2025 even more remarkable for our partners and stakeholders.

Excellence from Day One: Onsite and Operational

This quarter, our team executed hundreds of flights powered by Pulse and Co-Pilot, our software tools designed to streamline ground handling operations.

Pulse OS, our automatic driver dispatch tool for ground support equipment (GSE), offers value through both live optimized routing and operational simulation. By comparing simulated forecasts against live operational reports, our customers have realized:

66% improvement in Missed Bag Rate (MBR)
Up to 30% increased efficiency amongst drivers

Co-Pilot, our driver support tool, further enhances ground operations with precise turn-by-turn navigation. Feedback from users underscores its impact:

“I was skeptical to try something different, but I found it much easier and nice not to have to think about where I have to go.”

“I feel like I’m hitting my drop-offs more precisely.”

Another highlight this quarter was the successful deployment of another Pathfinder autonomous shuttle to a major international airport. Operational on day 1, Pathfinder actively redefines baggage handling processes.
